What is the minimum wholesale order?
Our usual minimum is one full carton. A carton normally contains approximately 20–30 units, but the exact quantity depends on the model and packing configuration.
Who can apply for wholesale pricing?
CCTV installers, security retailers, online and Takealot sellers, electrical wholesalers, farm security suppliers, contractors and other legitimate business buyers are welcome to enquire.
How are wholesale prices calculated?
Pricing depends on the selected models, carton quantities, order mix and total order volume. We provide a tailored quotation rather than displaying a single public wholesale price.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes, different product cartons can be combined in one order. Mixed models inside a single carton depend on the model, packaging and current stock, so please include your preferred mix in the enquiry.
Are products dispatched from South Africa?
Stocked items are dispatched from our South Africa warehouse. If any requested product is not locally available, we will clarify the sourcing option and lead time before you confirm the order.
How long does delivery take?
After payment confirmation, normal processing is 1–2 business days. Express delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days and standard delivery at 5–7 business days. Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Do you supply complete CCTV projects?
Yes. Include the site type, number of cameras, preferred connection type and recording requirements. We can help identify suitable cameras, kits, recorders and network accessories for quotation.
What payment methods are available?
Wholesale orders use our normal secure payment channels. The accepted option and payment instructions will be confirmed on your quotation before payment.
Is warranty or after-sales support included?
Product-specific warranty and support terms apply. Our team can assist with product guidance and after-sales questions; the applicable terms will be confirmed for the products in your order.
